The world history is based on the history of numerous dynasties including the four civilizations in the world including Egyptian civilization of Africa, Mesopotamia civilization of the Middle East, Indus civilization of Asia, and hóngshān wénhuà culture and Huáng Hé civilization of East Asia as well as Greece-Rome of EU, and Mayan and Incan civilizations of America. Along with this heritage, the humankind continued to evolve and to journey ahead, which became the root for the present and future histories going beyond the past. This historical and cultural heritage is the source of human life and inspiration that cannot be replaced by the digital IT technology
Historical and cultural aspects of the dynasties which are important data and asset of the advancement of the humankind became the source for the advancement of civilization, and becoming the key thesis and core source of the humankind¡¯s public management of the world history that need to be preserved for their tradition and as world value going beyond specific era, history, culture, civilization and region.
Civilization is defined as the physical and social advancement realized by the humankind and as the human culture and society developed in a sophisticated manner. But, Charles-Louis de Secondat, Baron de La Brède et de Montesquieu and Rousseau defined it during the 18th Century as the driving force that transformed society from feudal society to royalty society and then again to the national citizenry based society, awakening the people along the way. Toynbee, a historian who observed and studied the world civilization ranging from the ancient times to the modern times in a comprehensive manner presented the joint human history when it comes to the scope and unit of the civilization from a perceptive that is larger than a nation and smaller than the world.
The 21st Century is an age of instability and uncertainty characterized by the political, diplomatic, military, economic and historical competitions, confrontations and clashes. The humankind¡¯s history and culture amidst this world order is reacting as an alternative element for cooperation when it comes to the global management for co-existence.
To this, we wish to host the ¡¸Council on World Dynastic Historical & Cultural Civilization¡¹at the Buyeo, the capital of the Sabi Dynasty (538~660) of Baekjae, an ancient kingdom by inviting the representatives of the 65 cities in 45 nations and related NGOs in order to present the vision and value of the world dynasty history and culture following the globalization age, to build and to expand the private-public network for governance in which the world forms harmony through diverse interaction projects and to increase the historical and cultural heritages of the world dynasties
CWDC seeks to leverage the origin of the human civilization to provide the opportunity for global family to experience the world history with a joint awareness of the history, and to capitalize on this to realize the future vision of forming joint communication for peace management among the nations and cities through education, interaction and exchange. Also it plans to develop world cultural and peace community for the management of peace for the humankind in the future by exchanging information, conducting joint researches and preserving values through interaction and cooperation with the historical cities of the world dynasties that contributed to the realization of the civilization that the humankind desired.
