GPEC is the Joint Institution of the St. Petersburg State University (SPSU) and the Korean Global Foundation (KGF), co-founded by "Global Politics and Economic Center (World Political Economy Research Institute)". GPEC H.Q. locates in School of International Relation of SPSU and is comprised of co-researchers of scholars of Russia and South Korea. GPEC is in charge of the research and the education to study the coexistence of co-prosperity, multiple affiliates and direction of development challenges of marine forces and continent forces to explore the New World Order by the partnership cooperation for the Eurasian era. Also GPEC want the central role for the dialog, academic exchanges and cooperation, co-research, and to the development of Korea-Russia relations.
